I must say that I am really impressed by Meghana and TBBT. They offer such a huge variety of products that you can choose your own way to add the twist. If you want to add some colour in your house, opt for their decor products like coasters (they have some super cute designs), the cushion covers, the apron (quirk in the kitchen too :-), magnets, clocks and lamps. For those who want to go a little more funky (this one is specially for the college goers and those who love colour in dull lives), check their range of sling bags, IPad sleeves, laptop cases and clutches. And if you wanna go full on, they have amazingly colourful stoles too.
For our style collab, we were sent a lovely Multiplitipsy Antique Wine stole which had a lovely antique wine bottle print (see here) and bright colours like pink, blue and yellow, A Moustache Bottle Print Sling Bag in bright yellow colour (see here), a super cute Vintage Lips wallet (see here I'm sure every girl is gonna love it) and a set of six comic coasters (see here). Here is a close look at some of the stuff...
I decided to style the entire set in a fusion attire, wearing a black long kurta from FBB and a pair of jeans from Levis. Accessories were kept simple as it was the bag and the stole which did all the talking. The moment I took the stole on, the otherwise simple outfit, which is a favourite with college and office goer girls alike, changed its mood. It became a lot more colourful, a lot more quirky and perfectly blended with my Gemini personality :-)

TBBT Moustache Print Bottle bag is such a cute one.... It can be apt for college and work as it is not only pretty and sturdy, but also is quite spacious. I had my wallet, my hair brush, a mini makeup kit and two mobile phones with a power bank, all stacked comfortably in this lovely moustache print bag.
We really loved shooting this post at a friend's mango orchard. Not only were the mangoes in full bloom mood, but they so very reminded me of my childhood when plucking mangoes was considered an innocent act. not a crime. As I went mad with the mangoes, my friend did some cute clicks too....
Post the shoot, we decided to take a break (it was an early morning shoot) at a roadside dhaba and shot the coasters there. They are so cute with all comic characters in different shapes, that people on the dhaba could not miss taking their selfies with them :-) Infact, the dhaba owner herself asked for one of the pieces as she wanted to hang it as a lucky charm... :-)
If you want to break free from the Mango life, and add a twist, then The Big Bag Theory offers you just the right stuff. Do checkout their website as new products keep coming in often. Meghana and her team have definitely created some awesomely quirky designed products, that not only break the monotony, but add that much needed colour and fun to your life...
P.S. If you find my smile missing or slightly aloof in some pix, it is because of my injury. I had to remove my knee immobiliser during the shoot and constant standing was making the injury a little painful. But what's life without a little pain buddies... isn't it :-)

Hello my lovelies,
So you guys were missing me eh! Thank you for showering so much love... I feel so nice and happy... even in this dull mundane world.
Life for the Mango people or the aam aadmi (no reference to the political party here'0 may always look common and simple.... but we can add our own little twists to it to add some colour... right!
Quirky stuff is always associated with people who are full of life, extrovert and most often seen as wearing western attire. But who said that those who wear ethnics cannot add some quirkiness to their lives? After all, ethnic sporting mango people can also go quirky and be rebellious.... hai na :-)
This is what we exactly thought when we got a chance to collaborate with a quirky brand called The Big Bag Theory. You must have already read about its founder Meghana who has been featured in our O Womaniya section. When we got a chance to collaborate, we realised that TBBT has just the right selection of products to add that extra colour and a little quirk in everyday life. From coasters to flasks to bags, clutches and even stoles, the brand has so much to offer and so much too choose. Even we had a tough time choosing.... When we decided to shoot, both me and my photographer friend just wanted to shoot in the mango orchard... Afterall, its the season of the mango people... and TBBT was adding the much needed quirk to the mango life...
So presenting to you all, the new OOTD
