Here are a few names … Flamboyant gazpacho (Beetroot gazpacho, garlic cheese crosstini, extra virgin olive oil), Drag queen’s salad (Fresh strawberries, red wine soaked beetroot carpaccio, aragula tossed in kokum vinaigrette). For Appetizers, Herbed polenta cake (Parmesan shavings, oven roasted vegetables),
Between the sheets (Thyme and olive oil sautéed mushroom parcels wrapped in phyllo sheets  In awe of salmon tarter Cauliflower pate, truffle oil, baby turnip carpaccio, mustard vinaigrette), Love me tender’s
