So! Is summer finally here! Well yes, the weekend was quite hot and summers are here for sure.
Well, summers come with their own set of issues... And those who are blessed with an oily skin (Delayed wrinkles... it is a blessing girls), zits and yo! pimples are a big thing in summers. I am no different, and despite being on the other side of 30, I still get a lot of zits, specially in summers.
I have been trying and testing out a number of face washes. Well I know they don't magically clear the skin, but atleast help in keeping the zits at bay. And one of these trials actually made me find a decent face wash.

A very nice and decent packaging. A easy squeeze tube with a flip open cap, nice white base with green colours and neem leaves design. All details mentioned well. Full marks to Garnier for this packaging. Just wish the tube was translucent.

A decent face wash that has neem extracts. It has a nice herbals kind of a smell that is so fresh and relaxing in summers indeed. The facewash is light green in colour and is in a gel like formulation. It cleanses the skin well and even takes care of the residue of makeup. However, it does not dry out the skin like pimple curing facewashes and can be used by all skin types. I have been using it even in last summers and monsoons and it does do a decent job at keeping pimples at bay or controlling them.

The Garnier Pure Active Neem Face wash is a decent, infact a good face wash for pimple prone or oily skin. It does perform what it promises, although it doesn't work on scars and face washes don't do that. It also keeps the pimples under control and doesn't dry out the skin. Definitely worth a try.
