Hey Hey Hey lovelies….

It is a day of super duper excitement for me... if you follow me on Instagram and the blog on Fb (if you don't, do it asap ;-) ), you must be knowing it by now... But if you don't.... well, PEL and me got featured on this wonderful website called www.smartindianwomen.com. They interview bloggers and being featured there is indeed one of the first milestones in the blogging arena. Am excited and want to thank each one of you...   

My favourite lip colours need to be ones which make me look nice and ready without much effort. Something which I can just wear and walk out of my house and feel I am ready to face the world. :-) So its basically Bold at times and sometimes, even MLBEB (My lips but even better) shades, depending on my mood. 
And the search for one such MLBEB ended with this gorgeous and super affordable shade from Maybelline's new Colorshow range.

What the product claims :

Well surprisingly, this wonderful range of lipsticks is still not featured on Maybelline India's website (they surely need to update it). Read this somewhere : Maybelline Color Show Lipstick is a fashionable intense lipstick, which comes in chic to vivid shades. Maybelline Color Show Lipstick is highly pigmented giving bold lips. It stays for up to four to five hours. The creamy texture is not heavy on the lips. As its highly moisturised you don’t need to wear a lip balm.

On the Outside :

This is one of the cutest packagings of Maybelline lipsticks. Black shiney out case with colour coded centre band. Silver from inside. The cap shuts tightly and doesn't open in your bag, so its safe to travel with. An outer sticker has all details... Overall, not very high but a nice packaging for its price.

On the Inside :

Choco Latte is a beautiful colour which will suit all complexions. On the fair ones, it will be a nice brightening colour. On medium skin tones, a perfect MLEBB for everyday use and for the dusky beauties, the perfect MLBB. Those who have yellow tones, its pink with balance that and those who have a pink tone, its brown with handle that. So overall, this is a colour for everyone. The texture is nice and creamy with a subtle sheen. It keeps the lips moisturised and doesn't settle in the fine lines. For its price, it is indeed a good buy.

Maybelline Color Show Lipstick in Choco Latte is indeed a colour which you should have in your purse and on your vanity. On days when you just want that little colour to make you look all nice and ready without much effort, this is it... Just love love love this fabulous shade.... A must have for sure.
