Diwali Special : Chhoti Diwali Daytime natural makeup look

By Aakriti

Hi All,
First of all, an advance Happy Diwali to all of you. I really love festivals as they are just the right time to spend some quality time with family and friends. And in these days of selfies and social media, also go clickey clickey J

Although Diwali is essentially a night festival, but since its festival time we need to look good and beautiful all the time, shouldn’t we? Afterall, who wants to leave that opportunity of getting clicked whenever there is a camera around…

So as a part of PEL’s Diwali Special series,
here is a Natural Pink Look for Chhoti Diwali and Daytime.

For this look, just apply a BB cream (I used Garnier as I really love it) on your face to give a natural yet clean look. If you are blessed with flawless skin, just use a moisturizer. Then, apply a light natural pink eye shadow all over the lids with a gentle hand.  I used the one by Estee Lauder. Apply any gold shimmer on the crease area and under the brow bone to highlight the eyes yet look naturally glowing.I used the Golden Shimmer eye spread by Avon. Finish the eyes with lining your eyes using a black liquid eyeliner (Maybelline Hyper Glossy) and giving some love your lashes with a high volume waterproof mascara (Maybelline Colossal). If you are the one who cannot live without kajal, line your waterline or else you can skip it.

After you are done with the eyes, select a nice pinky nude kind of a lip shade. Take it on the first two fingers and just apply it a bit on the apples of your cheeks for a nice soft blush. Outline your lips using a nude lipliner to give a base and then, fill in your lips. I used my favourite Estee Lauder nude lips lipstick for the same.
