For Clean Clean skin and no chip chip, here's Kaya Soothing Cleansing Gel

By Tarry

Hi sweetie pies.

Thank you so much for showering so much of love an encouragement on my OOTD. I was really skeptical but now, you would see more and more OOTDs from my side. I am also planning to do some JOTDs (jewellery of the day) kind of posts...
Stay tuned for all such stuff here...

The weekend was really really busy with it being cloudy and dark and me and Vaidehi trying our best to look for options for shoots. Anyways, you see a lot more such creative shoots coming up here and you can surely catch the glimpses of those on Instagram.

Here is a quick review of a product that I picked up just out of impulse, since it sounded nice and was convenient to carry in the handbag.

Presenting to you my dear ladies,
The Kaya Soothing Cleansing Gel

Panchtatva the essence of life  - Kaya Soothing Cleansing Gel

PRICE:
Rs. 400 (It came in a kit with a toner and a sunscreen which I would also review. Haven't seen it solo)
 AVAILABILITY :
All Kaya Skin Clinics and also, online on their website.

ON THE OUTSIDE :

The Kaya Soothing Cleansing Gel has a very basic tube packing with a screw open cap. The kit in which it comes is a zip pouch, but alone too its a travel friendly packaging. It has all details including usage, ingredients and other essentials. Nice and basic.

ON THE INSIDE :

The Soothing Cleansing Gel is primarily made to suit sensitive skins. But I feel almost anyone can use it. It is a clear gel base which has very light lemongrass type citrus fragrance that does not irritate at all. However, it does require more than a drop to clean the face. in fact, two drops to be precise. So it does not seem like an economical product indeed. However, it does lather well and helps in removing dirt and oil from the face to a decent extent. However, it does not remove makeup (it doesn't even claim that anyways) or make the skin dry. Just a basic face cleansing gel that's fine for those quick washes.

THUMBS UP FOR :

-       Nice and basic packaging.
-       Travel friendly.
- Would suit all skin types including sensitive.
- Gentle on the skin, and does a decent job in cleaning.
- soothing light citrus fragrance.

THUMBS DOWN FOR :
- Not sold individually.
- May leave the dry skin even more dry.
- Does not remove makeup.

PEL RATING
3.9 out of 5

PEL SHOUTS :

The Kaya Soothing Cleansing Gel is a basic skin cleanser that you can well keep in your purse for those moments when you need something basic to wash your face. But if you have other options, you can certainly skip it.

Have you tried the Kaya Skin cleansers ?
