AHA Ha Ha ! So winters are arriving aren’t they! Wo Wo Girl! I love this weather… and No No No! I am not a winter girl… People who know me can vouch that I am an all weather girl! I can love summers as much as I love winters and vice versa…

The other day I was getting my winter kitty ready and decided to reload my lip balms to get myself winter ready. So I went to my favourite Maybelline counter and asked for the Baby lips variants. The new, cute looking SA tells me, “Maam why dan’t you have a new Baby lips?”… Me : “Ofcourse yes I want a new one only…. “… SA : “No No Maam… Company launched two new flavours…. Lovely…” Ok… So there are two new variants… Hmm! Me thinks ‘Lemme check them out’… However, she had only one at the moment and second was ‘not stock mein…”

Now, here comes the deal. If you have been following me on Instagram, you know it by now that I absolutely adore this lip balm. Infact, I have officially titled this one as the best Baby Lips so far.. It does not have a tint, but unlike the anti-oxidant berry variant, this doesn’t leave a whitish cast on your lips once you apply it. So it’s perfect to be worn under your lipsticks and even over them in winters. The super light pink coloured lip balm is super easy to apply, you just need two swipes and it instantly smoothes your lips and fills them with moisture. A minute and you realize that those deep fine lines seem to be vanished and lips look fuller. Smells awesomely of watermelon… mild and fruity. Keeps lips hydrated for a really long time… Sleep with it at night and wake up to kissable lips ;-)

- Does hydrate the lips well, for around 4 to 5 hours in daytime and 6 hours if you sleep with it. 

- Lovely fragrance 

- Friendly packaging 

- Has a decent SPF 20 (Get lost you SPF 10, 14 and 16 wale...) 

- Does not leave a whitish cast so perfect under matte lipsticks

- Partially smooths fine lines and makes lips look fuller 

Thumbs Down for : 

- Heard its a limited edition (Please make it permanent Maybelline :-(

- Doesn't fall complete on it's claim of 12 hours
